Happy Friday! Today is unwind day, as we begin to think about the weekend and put work to the side for a couple of days. This week, we've been preparing some of the holiday items, and I had a customer tell me how she couldn't wait to see the holiday stuff. Then came the question, "What makes your candles smell so good anyway?"
I thought about that and was instantly reminded of a post I did last year. Synthetic scents are used for so many candles, these days, to bring together simulated fragrances of the things we love, like warm baked bread and cinnamon buns. It's a really cool thing, how synthetics come about, and I want to revisit that post today. To share how fabulous renditions of many of the things we love are recreated through synthetic fragrances, and what synthetic scents actually are. You can check out my previous post here.
Have a fabulous weekend!
